Installation
Automatic Installation (Recommended)
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New
- Search for “Groups Discount for WooCommerce”
- Click Install Now and then Activate
- Install and activate the Groups plugin (required)
- Go to WooCommerce > Groups Discount to configure your settings
Manual Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now
- Click Activate Plugin
- Install and activate the Groups plugin (required)
- Go to WooCommerce > Groups Discount to configure your settings
Initial Setup
- Create Groups: Go to Groups > Groups and create customer groups (e.g., “Wholesale”, “VIP”, “Premium”)
- Set Discounts: Navigate to WooCommerce > Groups Discount > Groups tab
- Enter Discount Values:
- For percentage discounts: Enter 0.1 for 10% off, 0.15 for 15% off, etc.
- For fixed amounts: Enter the discount amount in your store currency
- Configure Method: Go to the Method tab to choose discount type and display options
- Assign Users: Add your customers to the appropriate groups under Users > All Users
That’s it! Your group-based pricing is now active.
